Mobiles Overview
The POCO M4 5G, Moto G52, Redmi Note 11, and other high-end smartphones all have IP ratings, which are almost a requirement.
In an effort to attract more customers, a growing number of smartphone manufacturers are joining the bandwagon by providing some kind of IP rating for dust and water protection.
Additionally, this feature is gradually making its way into smartphones at lower price points as technology advances. Smartphones with an Ingress Protection (IP) rating are currently flooding the market, and their prices start as low as Rs 10,000. We have compiled a list of the best smartphones under Rs 31,000 with effective IP ratings.

How does an IP rating work?
Before we move on to the list, it is essential to know what an actual IP rating is. The IP rating of a device can tell you how well it protects against liquids and solids.
The phrase “Ingress Protection” is followed by two numbers and the word “IP.” These are established by the International Electrotechnical Commission. The degree of protection against solid particles (dust, dirt, etc.) is indicated by the first number, which ranges from one to six.
The second number, which can be anywhere from one to eight, tells how much water a device can handle without breaking; The level of protection increases as the number rises. An X in the rating may occasionally indicate that the manufacturer failed that particular test.
For instance, a phone with an IP67 rating is completely dustproof and can be submerged for no more than 30 minutes in water up to one meter (3.3 feet) deep, whereas a phone with an IP68 rating is completely dustproof and can be submerged for 30 minutes in water up to 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) deep.
Let’s move on to the list now that we have a brief overview of the IP rating.
